Stop searching for another quick fix.

Let's find out what's actually getting in the way.

Stuck with a problem—or simply want expert feedback on your training?

Send me up to 15 minutes of raw footage, and I'll take a closer look at your horse, your training, and the interaction between you.

Whether you're trying to solve a specific problem or you're already training with positive reinforcement or cooperative care and want an experienced second pair of eyes, I'll help you understand what I see, what may be getting in the way, what I would adjust, and what I'd work on next.

TWO WAYS TO USE YOUR VIDEO ANALYSIS

You may not need another quick-fix technique. You may need help finding the missing piece.

Send me footage showing the problem and I'll help you investigate what's happening, what may be contributing to it, and where I'd start.

Or maybe the training is going well—and you simply want to know:

“What would you work on next?”

SHOW ME WHAT'S HAPPENING

With the Personalised Video Analysis, you can send me up to 15 minutes of raw footage.

Your footage can come from one or several training sessions, or simply show a specific problem as it happens.

I'll review your footage through the lens of my Human-Equine Cooperation Framework™, looking beyond the obvious behaviour to understand the bigger picture.

Depending on what you send me, I'll look at things such as:
  • your horse's behaviour, body language and emotional state
  • subtle signs you may not have noticed
  • your training strategy and progression
  • timing, criteria and reinforcement
  • foundation skills that may be missing
  • how you and your horse communicate during the session
  • what happens when your horse hesitates, disengages or says “no”
  • possible factors outside the training itself that deserve consideration
  • what I would change, prioritise or investigate further

WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE

I'll create a personalised video analysis using your own footage, adding my observations and voiceover so I can show you what I'm seeing as we go.

Depending on your reason for submitting, your analysis may include:

✓ What I notice in your horse and your training

✓ What you're already doing well

✓ Subtle details you may have missed

✓ What may be getting in the way of progress

✓ Feedback on your training strategy, timing, criteria or reinforcement

✓ Areas I would investigate or consider further

✓ What I would adjust or prioritise

✓ Clear suggestions for what I'd work on next

You'll receive your completed analysis within 7 working days after submitting all the required information and footage.

The finished video is yours to download, keep and return to for your personal use.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

The Personalised Video Analysis may be a good fit if...

You're stuck.
You've tried different things and aren't sure why you're not making progress.

You're unsure where to start.
You can see the problem, but you don't know what your horse actually needs from you.

You're learning positive reinforcement.
You'd like feedback on your mechanics, timing, reinforcement, criteria or training plan.

You're practising cooperative care.
You'd like help developing your training, troubleshooting a procedure or deciding what to work on next.

You want another pair of eyes.
Things may actually be going well—you simply want professional feedback and reassurance that you're heading in the right direction.

You're tired of one-size-fits-all advice.
You want feedback based on the individual horse and situation in front of you.

You don't need to have a “problem” to ask for help.

Sometimes the best time to get feedback is before you become stuck.

I DON'T JUST LOOK AT THE OBVIOUS BEHAVIOUR

If your horse pulls their foot away, that tells us what happened. It doesn't necessarily tell us why. And that's an important distinction.

As an equine veterinarian and trainer, I don't believe behavioural and training problems should automatically be reduced to “Which technique should I use?”

I want to look at the whole picture.

That's why I created the Human-Equine Cooperation Framework™.

It guides me through seven interconnected areas:

Knowledge → Awareness → Guidance → Tools → Foundation → Consent → Cooperation

Together, they help me investigate questions such as:

→ What is the horse experiencing and communicating?

→ Could health, discomfort, stress or previous experiences be relevant?

→ Are we missing subtle signs that happen before the obvious behaviour?

→ Does the horse understand what's being asked?

→ Is an important foundation skill missing?

→ Is the training strategy appropriate for this individual?

→ Can the horse communicate when they need something to change?

→ And what happens when all these pieces come together in the real situation?

→ Because sometimes what looks like a farrier problem isn't really about the farrier.

→ And what looks like a needle problem isn't really about the needle.

The behaviour is where the investigation begins—not where it ends

A FEW IMPORTANT BOUNDARIES

The Personalised Video Analysis is an educational training service, not a veterinary consultation or diagnosis.

If your footage or history raises concerns that pain, illness or another physical problem may be contributing, I may recommend discussing this with your own veterinarian before progressing with training.

Some complex, severe or potentially dangerous situations cannot be responsibly addressed through video analysis alone. If I believe you need in-person veterinary, behaviour or training support, I'll tell you.

Your purchase includes one analysis of one clearly defined problem. It does not include ongoing coaching, follow-up video submissions or unlimited messaging.

Your submitted footage should total no more than 15 minutes.

Who´s the person who analyses your video?

I'm Dr. Katerina Junghansova,

an equine veterinarian, educator and lifelong horsewoman with a special interest in equine behaviour, welfare, stress-free care and ethical training.

My approach sits at the intersection of health, behaviour, welfare and training.

Because these things don't exist separately.

Health can influence behaviour. Stress can influence learning. Previous experiences shape future responses. Training skills matter. The environment matters. And the way we interact with our horses matters, too.

I created the Human-Equine Cooperation Framework™ to bring those pieces together and help us look beyond isolated behaviours or individual training techniques.

No generic recipe. Just a closer look at the individual horse in front of us.
